Summer 5k Training Program


Designed for both novice and intermediate runners, this program offers morning or evening sessions that set the tone for the summer. Novice runners will establish a foundation, gaining confidence step by step, while intermediate runners will fine-tune their skills, embracing a slightly more challenging training regimen.

Program Highlights:

- Program Duration: May 13th - August 4th (3 months)

- Session Frequency: Two times a week, Monday & Wednesday

- Meeting Times: Choose between either 6:00 am or 7:00 pm

- Total Sessions: 24 sessions over the course of the program
