Designed for both novice and intermediate runners, this program offers morning or evening sessions that set the tone for the summer. Novice runners will establish a foundation, gaining confidence step by step, while intermediate runners will fine-tune their skills, embracing a slightly more challenging training regimen.

Program Highlights:

- Program Duration: May 13th - August 4th (3 months)

- Session Frequency: Two times a week, Monday & Wednesday

- Meeting Times: Choose between either 6:00 am or 7:00 pm

- Total Sessions: 24 sessions over the course of the program

3. Mindset Transformation: Central to our program is the cultivation of a resilient mindset. We believe in surpassing limitations, embracing challenges, and maintaining commitment to growth. Together, we'll embrace the motto of 'stay hard,' overcoming obstacles and emerging stronger on the other side.

4. Motivation and Support: Throughout the program, you'll have access to ongoing motivation and support from our dedicated team. Whether you require encouragement, guidance on technique, or accountability, we're here to ensure you remain on track and motivated every step of the way.

After crossing the finish line or cheering on the sidelines, it's time to celebrate your incredible efforts and achievements at the Jersey City Half/Full Marathon After Party!

Join us at 902 Brewery for a post-race celebration filled with laughter, camaraderie, and well-deserved relaxation. Whether you conquered the course, supported fellow participants, or spread cheer along the route, all are welcome to come together and revel in the spirit of accomplishment.

We invite you to join us in supporting fellow runners! Let’s cheer from the sidelines, supporting the running community in their accomplishments!

🎉 Join Us for the Jersey City Half/Full Marathon Cheer Section! 🎉

🗓️ Date: April 14, 2024 🏁 Race Begins: 7:00 am

Event Itinerary:

  • Set up at Mile 3&4: Begins at 6:00 am

  • Set up at Mile 10: Begins at 7:00 am

Leaders:

  • Mary (Outpost)

  • Ruby (Mile 3&4)

Volunteers:

  • WAVE A: 6:30 am - 11:30 am

  • WAVE B: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

🌊 WAVE A Schedule:

  • Arrive at The Grind Coffee at 6:30 am.

  • Walk over to Berry Lane at 7:55 am

🌊 WAVE B Schedule:

  • Arrive at 8:30 am a Berry Lane Park and Garfield Ave (near Bramhall).

Mile 3:

  • Time: Most runners pass between 7:20 am and 8:30 am

  • Needs: No drinks/food, just VIBES!

Mile 10/19:

  • Needs: Water/Gatorade/Gummy Bears

  • Jerald's Arrival: Around 8:10 am

Let's come together to create an electrifying atmosphere as we cheer on the runners of the Jersey City Half/Full Marathon! Whether you're at Mile 3, Mile 10, or simply spreading positive energy along the course, your support will make a huge difference to the participants.
