Training Programs

  • Novice

As a novice runner, you might identify with being relatively new to running or having limited experience. Novices may feel a bit uncertain about pacing, running form, and the overall training process. If you find that you're gradually building up your stamina, perhaps starting with shorter distances or incorporating walk breaks, and haven't participated in many organized races, you likely fall into the novice category. The focus is on establishing a strong foundation, gaining confidence, and enjoying the journey of becoming a runner.

  • Intermediate

Intermediate runners often have a bit more experience under their belts. You may identify as an intermediate runner if you've completed several 5k races, consistently run multiple times a week, and have a general understanding of pacing and training principles. Intermediate runners are comfortable with sustained running and might be exploring ways to improve speed, endurance, or tackle longer distances. If you're looking to fine-tune your running skills, set more specific goals, and take on a slightly more challenging training regimen, the intermediate level might be the right fit for you.
