    5k Training Program: May 2025

    The training program's are designed to guide you through a combination of endurance runs, speed work, and strength-building sessions that will prepare you for race day with confidence. The training programs will push you all year long.

    Weekly Meet-Up

    Tuesday: Hills 7:00 pm

    Wednesday: Track 7:00 pm

    Thursday: Sunrise 6:00 am

    Sunday: Long Run 8:00 am

    Meet-ups are not mandatory but are suggested to help you on tough training days. You will get a calendar for your weekly plan. Feel free to adjust it as necessary.

  • Grind locations discounts with loyalty card: By presenting your loyalty card, you unlock an exclusive discount of 15% off your total order at all participating Grind locations. This offer is a simple way to save while enjoying your favorite items.

  • Whether you're a seasoned runner or just discovering the joy of movement. This isn't a stroll in the park; it's a challenge, a testament to your grit and the unyielding spirit of our community. Cross that finish line not as a participant, but as a disciplined champion.

  • Meet with a coach for a goal setting session. Meet with a coach quarterly, they will guide you to resources that you may need.

    Also meet with a Nutrition Coach to assess your nutrition needs.

    Additionally, with your feedback we will create offerings that educate and support your needs.

  • Subscription discount to Boycemode Meal Prep Services.

    $20 credit 4x per year at THE FEED
